Set in an alternative reality where most of the modern world is ruled by President Goda and his Samurai Empire, three children from different world cities find themselves brought together in a race against time to fight back against the Empire, training first at a sort of Hogwarts for ninjas.
This is a fast-paced and convincing narrative and we would highly recommend it as a great
addition to upper KS2 libraries, especially for readers with a taste for action and who can handle small amounts of violence. An edge-of-your-seat exciting and highly original adventure that travels through time and space faster than you can say ‘ninja’!
