Anteater has a problem – he’s hungry but he’s forgotten what he eats!

So, he begins his search to find his dinner. Throughout this delightfully illustrated picture book, he approaches lots of different animal friends from across the savannah to try and find an answer to the question that will help him fill his empty tummy. Eventually, Anteater works out an answer for himself – with a little bit of help from a small and unusual source.

This is a delightfully silly story that will engage children of all ages, but especially younger ones who can delight in the opportunities for silly voices and spotting the clues that peek delightfully from its pages.

Alongside the energy and vibrant colour of the illustrations, the quirky story and funny twist at the end, there are lots of opportunities for questions about the different animals shown- What are they called? Where do they live? What do they really eat?

This book also comes with a QR Code on the inside cover so, should your little ones demand this read for the seven hundredth time in one evening, you can set up a virtual reading and let someone else do the funny voices for you!
