Peters booksfortopics partnership

Four Years of Successful Partnership

This month, BooksForTopics and Peters are celebrating four years of a successful partnership that has helped hundreds of schools bring high-quality books into their classrooms and libraries.

The collaboration, now entering its fifth year, unites the expert curations from BooksForTopics with Peters’ renowned service as a leading UK specialist supplier of children’s books to schools, libraries and academies.

Recommended Reads Packs for Schools

The partnership allows schools to easily purchase full packs of the expertly curated book selections from the BooksForTopics website. This includes the popular Recommended Reads lists, which now extend to include options for Key Stage 3 as well as EYFS and primary year groups.

The collaboration has been instrumental in ensuring that schools and libraries can access the best books with a professional and reliable service. Schools benefit from dedicated accounts, book jacketing options, flexible payment by invoice and a 20% discount on the RRP of BooksForTopics packs.

Celebrating What We Do Best – Delivering Quality Book Packs!

Peters booksfortopics book packs y8On Tuesday, 9th September, we were thrilled that The Streetly Academy hosted our partnership celebrations in their school library.

To celebrate the continuing partnership between BooksForTopics and Peters, the school received a Year 8 Recommended Reads pack for the school library, hand-delivered by the Peters team. Students shared the joy of unboxing the books, as they selected new favourites for their library.

We know how important it is to keep pupils engaged in reading for pleasure, especially at an age when interest can often drop. Having launched the KS3 section of our website this year while still maintaining our strong offering of booklists for primary schools, this was the perfect way to celebrate what the partnership does best.

Each Year Group Recommended Reads pack is made of 50 specially selected books, hand-picked by the BooksForTopics panel of children’s book experts, teachers and librarians.

We ensure a balanced range of quality fiction, picture books, non-fiction, poetry and graphic novels are included in each pack, with due consideration given to the vast reading styles and interest levels of each year group.

Through Peters, schools can purchase packs of the 50 Recommended Reads books for all year groups from EYFS to KS3. Click here to buy the book packs.
