Our Review Panel says...

Lenny Goes to School is part of a series of ‘Lenny Books’ for children from two years upwards. Each picturebook features the character of Lenny, an inquisitive boy always looking forward to new adventures. Each book also includes a well-known children’s song.

In ‘Lenny Goes to School’, Lenny is attending playschool for the first time and makes a new friend, Lucy. The known song features is The Wheels on the Bus. This is a good story to share with children joining a setting for the first time. Although it focuses on Lenny joining a playschool, this book would still be appropriate for children joining school.
