This is a brilliant book for any dinosaur lover!

Evie and her best friend Doctor Dino are desperate to meet some real life dinosaurs. They decide to build a Time Machine and travel back in time to find their favourite dinosaur – the diplodocus. They have adventures with the different dinosaurs.

The book is full of information about the different time periods and dinosaurs. Some of the facts are really interesting and children would find them fascinating. Some of the factual information in this book may be a little complex or in depth for younger readers and would be better for KS1 or even year 3.

The book would be great for anyone teaching a topic about dinosaurs. If you wanted to make it slightly easier to follow you could skip the parts of the book that include more facts or information specific to dinosaurs and just follow the story of Evie. This would not impact the story.
